Bringing the beauty of the garden inside

Hi, I’m Tracey. A floral designer based in the historic market town of Petworth, West Sussex.

My love of flowers began in my early teens, when I worked as a Saturday girl in a local florist. Although my career later took me in a different direction, my love of floristry never left me. Some years later, I returned to work part time in a florist, reigniting my love of flowers and reminding me just how much I had missed it.

Over the years, I’ve continued to develop my skills through workshops and professional training, including day courses at The Jane Packer Flower School in London and more recently, completing a professional floristry career course at Flourish Sussex Flower School.

After many years working as a Programme Manager within the NHS, I finally had the opportunity to take the leap and pursue my love of floristry. Through my training and experience, I’ve developed my own floral style; natural, romantic and inspired by the beauty of the English countryside and cottage gardens.

Whether I’m creating flowers for a joyful celebration or a meaningful farewell, my approach to floral design is always gentle and collaborative. I take time to understand the sentiment and story behind each occasion, creating thoughtful designs that feel personal and meaningful.

When I’m not in my workroom surrounded by flowers, you’ll usually find me in my garden or wandering around my local garden centre, convincing myself that there’s definitely room for one more plant!
